Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit dark, were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located next to the elevator. However, the service was disappointing with uninterested staff. The location felt unsafe, and the dining options were minimal. On the bright side, the facilities were decent.

The hotel rooms were cleaner and more moderate than the outside building atmosphere, looking fine for what they are; however, being towards the rear part of the building, they were the farthest from the elevator, making it cumbersome to drag our luggages up and down the back stairs.

The service was very kind, and I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a better room. Additionally, the proximity to food options like a market place and a Mongolian barbecue was convenient. However, some staff members were rude and provided dry answers.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop to LAX and close to nearby restaurants and liquor stores. The rooms were very clean and met my expectations for the price paid. However, the area around the hotel seemed unsafe at night. The dining options were basic with limited choices but were adequate for a quick meal.
